Prague – The Europe Canada – Australia & New Zealand Association of Employment Providers of the Philippines, Inc. (EC-ANZAEPP) took center stage at the Jalta Boutique Hotel, bringing together key stakeholders to promote ethical and sustainable recruitment pathways for Filipino workers.
The association was led by its President, Ms. Ces Francisco-Claveria, who highlighted the exceptional qualities of Filipino workers, emphasizing their strong work ethic, dedication, and positive attitude. She encouraged employers in the Czech Republic to recognize these attributes and embrace ethical hiring practices.
The event focused on promoting fair employment practices and fostering responsible employer engagement, reinforcing a collective commitment to safeguarding the rights and welfare of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs).
Distinguished guests included Ambassador Eduardo Meñez and Labor Attaché Atty. Llewelyn Perez from the Philippine Embassy in the Czech Republic, alongside Jiri Hansl, Director of the Foreign Department. Their presence underscored the importance of international collaboration in upholding ethical recruitment standards.
Through insightful discussions and strategic networking, the EC-ANZAEPP Europe Business Mission 2025 reaffirmed its commitment to transparent, fair, and sustainable hiring practices, paving the way for stronger partnerships between European employers and Filipino talent.
