Prague, Czechia – Eden’s Garden, one of the largest wellness and spa center in the Czech Republic, held its annual team building event on Monday, July 7, 2025 at Grillpoint Park u Chodovské tvrze. The event was led by Filipina entrepreneur Eden Pohan and her husband, CEO Ondřej Pohan. General Manager Norika Padeleon handled the program and logistics.

More than 60 staff and guests from all eight branches joined the event. The goal was to strengthen teamwork and promote work-life balance. “Team building helps us work better together. It builds communication, morale, and productivity,” said Eden.

The main event was a dance competition between branches. Each team wore color-coded outfits to show where they came from. The crowd cheered as teams performed their best moves and routines. Team Vyskočilova won the top prize of 5,000 CZK.

Alongside the contest, staff and guests enjoyed classic Filipino food. The highlight was lechon baboy (roasted pig), cooked for over three hours. “We chose this to help our team feel at home. Nothing does that better than our own food,” said manager Ariel Funa.

The day also featured games like the Balloon Run, Banana Eating Contest, and Count Yourself. These activities encouraged teamwork and fun. Guests included business partners, friends, and Father Imman Noel Abellana, OSA.

Padeleon said the event had a strong impact. “Thank you all for your support and hard work. I hope we keep working together for our company’s growth.”

The event brought people closer through food, games, and shared time. Team members worked together and improved communication. CEO Ondřej Pohan added, “Eden’s Garden truly cares about its Filipino staff. We love creating events that bring us together. This is more than a company; it’s a family.”
